Daily Scripture: Romans 11:25 KJV

25 For I would not, brethren, that ye should be ignorant of this mystery, lest ye should be wise in your own conceits; that blindness in part is happened to Israel, until the fulness of the Gentiles be come in.

Hard Heart

The Lord will not do anything until He has revealed it to His prophet. The Lord has revealed this scripture to His servants that He will visit those people that has not known Him, who are ready to hear His word Isaiah 65:1. Is it not a mystery that God brought salvation and redemption  to  those that  has been rejected before to Himself? This is  a lesson for us to learn about the mystery of the word of God.  The book of  1 Corinthians 10:12 said, who he think himself above others should be very careful  less he fall woefully. Even if the Lord is going to restore you back, it may not be like the way has creatively destined you to before or He may even do more than before. The way of God is different from our ways. This is what our God can do. The Lord God is a merciful and compassion Father who forgive and forget our sins and iniquities.  There is nothing the Lord could not give to us, if we are working in His commandments and instructions. The Lord has making His way known to us and the law and commandments that guide it. Even when we have ignorantly fall into sin, He has given us  His statutes and commandments to save our lives. The Lord ways is higher than our ways.

The people of Israel has failed God just as the Non Jews has disappointed Him by serving idols and medium spirits. The Lord has separated the nation of Israel from the rest of the world to enjoying the grace and mercy far above the people He has preciously created to take over these earth . It is very sad to see the ordained and mighty people who has known the way of the Lord, and backslidded to joined the way of ungodly to serve Satan. They have provoked Lord to jealous on several occasion. But God mercy and grace was there all the time to saved them from the wrath of God. The Lord God is greater and powerful for any man or nation to be adulterated by the attitude. The Lord is too mighty for any mere man to be washed down or downgraded.  This is what provoked the Lord  to used His sovereignty power to unilaterally declared His mercy and grace redemption power through His son to all His children.

It is true that the nation of Israel has not been forgotten because of the covenant of God that has been sworn on to them and their generation. The Lord wants us to live righteous and holy life. He did not want us to live a stubborn ungodly destructive life. It is better for us to watch out what we say when we have seen the person who has been sent to correct our mistakes. The Lord Jesus has been sent to show us the exact way the Father is requesting from us to live in this world, because of our sins we have been persistently committed against Him. The Israel is not forgotten just as they had compassionately and prophetically informed us. They are lovely nation and disobedient as the rest of the world. The Lord still love them because they did not know what they are doing Luke 23:34.  The Lord knew them, but it is a shame and terrible that they did  not know Him. If they have known Him they would not have proclaimed the regrettable word that let the blood of their own Messiah being upon them Matthew 27:25. It is an ignorant statement. It is the hard heart that many people in the nation of Israel and all over the world are still following until today. The Lord did not do anything than to forgive their ignorance before He went to the cross.  No matter  how they have denied the presence and power of God, the Lord will continue to have mercy on those that has been chosen to be grafted with Him.

The gentiles has missed their way as well. They have have been misled by their ancestors contrary to the ways and will of God. Idol worshipping is a deceiving and manipulation of Satan. We have to thank the Lord for the grace He has brought to us through His chosen one. We could  have perished in our sins. You may say what did I mean by that? Many of us has been wrongly brainwashed that we are serving the same God as Israel. Most of us that was born and raised up in African churches were nothing  different from the people of Israel. How will you go to church throughout the week and end up on Saturday evening sacrificing to the devil in the name of the Lord. The name of the Lord has been manipulated by the elders and ministers of God. They were serving two masters. They are serving God and devil at the same time. But many of us did not know that it is not good. Even when we knows,  our parents will forbidden us. Our parents has molested our lives to the extend we are all bearing the consequence of what they have done to our destiny today. It is a taboo especially to challenge or disobey your parents by luring you to witchcraft or occult evil association. They will tell you that if you don’t accept their way, you are disown from the family. This all the fear that has wrap us from following the truth.

But when the truth finally came to us to know about the way of God concerning the righteousness and holiness of God, many secrets which were hiding by our parents and devil, is openly visible and disgraced by the power of God. This is a great things the Lord has done for us. The Lord Jesus through His gospel has made us to know our birth right and salvation He has brought to us.

 Cogitate:

There are few things we must acquire in this scripture:

  • The Lord hate disobedience. He will not walk with the person that did not listen to Him.
  • The Lord will restore us back to Him when we walk in His instructions and obedience.
  • The Lord hate sin and any ungodly life.
  • The Lord will not visit us when we are not repent from our sins.
  • The Lord respect His covenant and promise concerning us.
  • The Lord favour and mercy will be far away when we are drawing away from Him.
  • We must not please men but God.

Prayer

  • O God,  destroy every hard heart in my life,  in the name of Jesus.
  • Power of resurrection, restore me to the original you have created me,  in the name f Jesus
  • O Lord, break me and remould my life according to your will, in the name of Jesus.
  • O Lord, help me to walk in your righteous and holiness, in the name of Jesus.
  • Holy Ghost power, arise, break every unbreakable in my life, in the name of Jesus.
  • O Lord, take away the stone heart and put your new heart, in my life, in the name of Jesus.
  • Every generation and personal root of sin in my life, be uprooted and die, in the name of Jesus.

                                            Today’s Blessing

I pray today, 21 August 2021, that the Lord Jesus will take away every hard heart and put His new heart into your life, in the name of Jesus. The Lord will uproot every tree of sin and iniquity in your life and family, in the name of Jesus.  You shall sing a new song and dance a new dance this month of August, in Jesus name. The Lord will shine His face and glory upon and your family, in the name Jesus. May the grace and the spirit of our Lord Jesus be rest upon you, in Jesus name.
